Because our teas are a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations. We hope you understand.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something doesn’t feel quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.
